المؤهل
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية/البترول أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل وجود شهادات إضافية في السلامة والجودة أو إدارة الإنشاءات.
الخبرة- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في مشاريع EPC/EPIC النفطية والغازية البحرية.
- خبرة عملية مع المنصات البحرية، والهياكل الداعمة، وخطوط الأنابيب تحت-البحرية، والرايسرات، وأنابيب J، والسلك المحوري.
- خلفية قوية في FEED، الإشراف على البناء، أنشطة التحميل، فحص المواد، وإدارة المقاولين.
- القدرة على مراجعة رسومات البناء، وطرق العمل، وITPs، والجداول الزمنية، وتسليمات المقاولين.

Job description
Senior Installation Supervisor
Qualification
- B.Sc. Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in Safety, Quality, or Construction Management are preferred.
Experience- Minimum 12 years of offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPIC project experience.
- Hands-on experience with offshore platforms, jackets, subsea pipelines, risers, J-tubes, and umbilicals.
- Strong background in FEED, construction supervision, load-out activities, material inspection, and contractor management.
- Ability to review construction drawings, method statements, ITPs, schedules, and contractor deliverables.
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise offshore installation activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and approved procedures.
- Review and approve construction engineering documents, method statements, and installation plans.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, equipment utilization, and construction progress.
- Participate in constructability, HAZOP, SIMOPS, lifting, and risk review workshops.
- Identify construction risks, recommend mitigation measures, and ensure implementation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain daily progress reports and highlight project risks, delays, and corrective actions.
