The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments and services to guests, ensuring a professional, relaxing, and safe experience while complying with the hotel s Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).

Spa Treatments and Guest Service

• Perform professional spa treatments in accordance with approved treatment protocols and service standards
• Conduct guest consultations to identify needs, preferences, and any contraindications
• Ensure a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for all guests
• Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in line with established guidelines.

Teamwork and Professional Conduct

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations
• Attend required training sessions related to treatments, IMS/FSMS, and health & safety
• Maintain professional behavior, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times.

Hygiene, Health Safety

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
• Report hazards, incidents, or non-conformities immediately
• Promote environmentally responsible practices, including water, energy, and product usage.
