Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to provide functional support, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules. The consultant will support Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory Management, Cost Management, and Asset Lifecycle Management while ensuring seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM functional configurations, procurement workflows, supplier management, inventory processes, reporting, integrations, and quarterly Oracle Cloud release management. Key Responsibilities1. Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Support Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud. Support Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Cost Management, and Asset Lifecycle modules. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions. Ensure system availability and adherence to SLAs.2. Procurement & Supplier Management Configure and maintain Procurement Business Units (BU). Manage procurement approval hierarchies using BPM. Configure document styles and document delivery preferences. Maintain supplier master data. Support supplier onboarding and Supplier Portal activities. Resolve Purchase Order (PO), Requisition, Receipt, and Invoice Matching issues.3. Inventory & Cost Management Support inventory transactions and stock movements. Manage cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Configure and support Cost Management processes. Coordinate Inventory-to-Finance integration. Ensure accurate inventory accounting.4. Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Support Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay business processes. Coordinate issue resolution with Oracle Fusion Financials consultants. Troubleshoot procurement and receiving issues. Support invoice matching and procurement workflows.5. Oracle Fusion Configuration Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules. Maintain Procurement setup and business rules. Configure approval workflows using BPM. Support supplier portal configurations. Manage SCM security and functional setups.6. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain OTBI reports. Create BI Publisher (BIP) reports. Build procurement dashboards and analytics. Generate operational and management reports. Support business reporting requirements.7. Integration & Extensions Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations. Coordinate integrations with logistics and supplier systems. Support Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Oracle APEX applications. Validate SCM integrations with other enterprise applications.8. Testing & Release Management Support Oracle quarterly cloud updates. Perform impact analysis for new releases. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate functional enhancements. Ensure successful production deployment.9. Documentation & Stakeholder Management Prepare functional documentation and SOPs. Develop configuration documents. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions. Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. Provide end-user training and support. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:Computer Science Information Technology Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering Commerce Related Discipline Required Experience7+ years of Supply Chain Management experience. Minimum 4+ years of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation and support. Experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations. Experience supporting Procurement and Inventory business processes. Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases. Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experience working with enterprise ERP environments.
