Role Description The RSA Archer GRC Specialist (Immediate Joiner) is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for configuring, administering, and optimizing RSA Archer GRC solutions to support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance programs. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements, designing and implementing Archer use cases, creating workflows, dashboards, and reports, and ensuring data integrity across GRC modules. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map risks, controls, and policies, perform impact assessments, and support audits and regulatory compliance initiatives. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, coordinating upgrades, training end users, and documenting processes and configuration standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong carpentry skills, including structural Carpentry and Framing for precise and reliable build-outs. Candidates should be proficient in using Power Tools and Hand Tools safely and efficiently to complete technical tasks and configurations. Candidates should demonstrate Finish Carpentry capabilities for delivering detail-oriented, high-quality outcomes in projects and documentation. Hands-on experience implementing and administering RSA Archer GRC solutions, including configuration of applications, workflows, and integrations. Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, with experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting, and risk assessments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical GRC solutions. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, IT, and compliance teams. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant RSA Archer or GRC certifications are a plus. Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar and join on short notice.
