Marjooram Trading, a prominent Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distribution company in Qatar, is urgently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader.
About Us We specialize in delivering high-quality products across various sectors, ensuring exceptional market penetration and brand visibility. As we expand our footprint, we seek a strategic leader to head our sales division.
Role Overview As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth across key channels, including Retail, HoReCa, and School Canteens. Your key responsibilities will include:- Formulating sales strategies and setting targets.- Monitoring sales team and individual SKU performance.- Managing and expanding distribution across Retail, HoReCa, and School Canteens.
Requirements - Proven FMCG leadership experience in Qatar.- Strong existing relationships with Key Accounts and HoReCa.- Valid Qatari Driving License is mandatory.
