يتطلب المنصب المتقدمين ذكوراً. مطلوب خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات لهذا المنصب. المؤهلات الإضافية:
إجراء أعمال overhaul، preventive، corrective، predictive، maintenance في أعطال، واستكشاف الأعطال والتشخيص المتعلقة بالجانب الميكانيكي الدوار من العمليات والمعدات فرعية وأنظمتها الفرعية، كما في المعدات أدناه:
- الجوانب الدوارة للمضخات (أختام ميكانيكية، القاطع، المحمل، العمود، الاقتران، والمفاصل)
- الجوانب الدوارة لبرج التبريد (ريش المروحة، العمود، علبة التروس، الاقتران، والمفاصل)
- ضاغط الهواء
- مراوح وحدة AHU ومروحة
- علبة التروس للرافعة العلوية، البكرة، مسار العربة، الأسطوانة، حبل الأسلاك، الفرامل، والعجلات
- رافعة شوكية ميكانيكية
- رافعة مناولة ميكانيكية
- وحدات Fan Coil ووحدات Split Cassing (ضواغط، الوحدة الخارجية، مروحة ومراوح)
الإشراف، التوجيه، ومراقبة العمل المنجز من قبل البائعين الخارجيين.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير السجل الفنية، قوائم الفحص أو النماذج كجزء من أعمال الروتين اليومي.
الحصول على قطع الغيار والمواد والمستهلكات إما من المخزن الداخلي أو من موقع خارجي.
استخدام، صيانة وحفظ الأدوات المحددة المخصصة من قبل الشركة بشكل آمن.
الحفاظ على الأدوات المناسبة، معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE)، قطع الغيار وتوفير الاحتياجات السنوية.
الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة أثناء ساعات العمل أو بعدها كجزء من استمرارية الأعمال.
استخدام أنظمة إدارة صيانة الحاسب الآلي (CMMS) حسب QCFE.
حيثما ينطبق، المساعدة والدعم لأعضاء الفريق الآخرين داخل التخصص وعبره عند الضرورة.
المشاركة في التدريبات المقدمة من QC حسب ما تراه الإدارة مناسباً.
أداء أي واجب متعلق آخر كما يكلفه المشرف المباشر، وفقاً لأحكام قانون العمل.

The job requires Male applicants. Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position Additional Qualifications:
Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot, and diagnostic activities related to MECHANICAL ROTATING ASPECTS of process and non-process equipment and its sub-systems, as below equipment:
- Pumps rotating aspects (Mechanical seals, impeller, bearing, shaft, coupling, and joints)
- Cooling tower rotating aspects (Fan blades, shaft, gearbox, coupling, and joints)
- Air Compressor
- AHU fans and blower
- Overhead crane gearbox, pulley, trolley track, drum, wire rope, brake, and wheels
- Mechanical forklift
- Mechanical manlift
- Fan Coil Units and Split Casing Units (Compressors, Outdoor unit, fan, and blowers)
Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors.
Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work.
Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external location.
Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.
Maintain proper tools, PPE s, Spares and provide annual requirements.
Respond to emergency situations during or after hours as part of business continuity.
Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE.
Where applicable, aid and support to other team members within and across the discipline, whenever required.
Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management.
Perform any other related duty as assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.
