المؤهلات*
درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال، المحاسبة، التجارة، التسويق، العلوم، الهندسة، إدارة المشاريع، إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، القانون، الاتصال، التقنيات، الرياضيات، والإحصاء.
المعرفة و/أو الخبرة* 8 سنوات من الخبرة في وظيفة أو تخصص ذو صلة بالأعمال، بما في ذلك 4 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز، وضمنها 1 سنة خبرة في دور إشرافي أو بديل، أو إشراف على موظفي المتعاقدين / المقاولين الفرعيين / مقدمي الخدمة / البائعين.
سجل ناجح في حل النزاعات التعاقدية بشكل ودي وناجح.
خبرة في عملية تسوية النزاعات الرسمية مثل الوساطة، والتحكيم الملزم، والتقاضي.
معرفة بالأحكام القانونية في الشرق الأوسط والقوانين المدنية مفضلة.

About the job Contracts Lead
Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.
Knowledge and/or Experience* 8 years of experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractors / subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.
Proven track record in successful amicable resolution of contractual disputes.
Experience in formal dispute resolution process eg. mediation, binding arbitration, litigation.
Knowledge of Middle Eastern legal statues and civil codes preferred.
