Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance teams, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works. Lead and coordinate MEP technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks. Inspect MEP systems and troubleshoot operational issues. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures. Maintain maintenance records and prepare basic reports. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams as required.
Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Management (preferred). Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building services. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.
