نحن نبحث عن مدير حسابات ذو خبرة للإشراف على عمليات المحاسبة والتقارير المالية والميزانية والامتثال مع ضمان دقة السجلات المالية وسلاسة العمليات المالية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة العمليات المحاسبية والمالية اليومية.
- إعداد البيانات المالية وتقارير MIS والميزانيات.
- مراقبة المدفوعات المستحقة والذمم المدينة وتسويات البنوك.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير المحاسبة والضرائب والأنظمة القانونيــة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة إغلاق الشهر والسنة.
- تنسيق التدقيقات والحفظ على ضوابط مالية داخلية.
- تحليل الأداء المالي ودعم الإدارة بالتقارير.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشح
ماجستير في التجارة أو ماجستير في المالية.
4-10 سنوات من الخبرة المحاسبية في قطاع السوبرماركت/التجزئة.
معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والضرائب والتقارير المالية.
إجادة برمجيات ERP (SAP/Tally/Oracle) و MS Excel.
مهارات تحليلية وقيادية واتصالات ممتازة.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while ensuring accurate financial records and smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory regulations.
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate audits and maintain internal financial controls.
- Analyze financial performance and support management with reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
M.Com or MBA in Finance.
4 10 years of accounting experience in the Hypermarket/Retail sector.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Tally/Oracle) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
