JobDescription:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with various departments and providing personalized hospitality throughout the guest journey.

  
  
  

• Welcome, recognize, andassistguests during arrival and departure, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards.

  
  
  

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, complaints, andspecial requirementsprofessionally, ensuringtimelyresolution andhigh levelsof guest satisfaction.

  
  
  

• Prepare and review daily arrivals, welcome amenities, room assignments, and guest recognition arrangements to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  
  
  

• Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with colleagues across all departments while adhering to company policies, standards, and procedures.

  
  
  

• Manage cashiering responsibilities, including handling cash, foreign currency exchange, balancing assigned banks, and reconciling transactions accurately.

  
  
  

• Maximize hotel revenue through upselling opportunities, guest engagement, and promoting hotel facilities, services, and activities while actively collecting guest feedback for continuous improvement

  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management

  
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent

  
  
  

• Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage
