What s in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor properties worldwide Access to learning and development programs through Accor Academies Opportunities for career growth within your property and across the global Accor network The chance to make a meaningful impact through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including Planet 21 What you will be doing: Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of every beverage served Maintain and manage caf equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools Prepare and maintain mise en place efficiently for smooth service during peak hours Follow established recipes and presentation standards while introducing creativity in drink offerings Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in line with HACCP regulations Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution across restaurants, banquets, and events Handle guest dietary preferences, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism Demonstrate initiative in developing your skills and knowledge of coffee, tea, and caf operations under the guidance of senior team members

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, caf , or fine dining environment Certification or training in Barista skills or Hospitality is preferred Strong passion for coffee, tea, and beverage presentation, with attention to detail and quality Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards within a professional environment
