الأدوار والمسؤوليات
يراقب ويُدير أنظمة AMI بما في ذلك نظام الرأس المركزي (HES)، إدارة بيانات العدّاد (MDM)، وشبكات الاتصالات. • يضمن التواصل المستمر والسلس بين العدادات الذكية والأنظمة المركزية. • يحدد ويعالج ويحل مشاكل نظام AMI المتعلقة بالاتصال، تدفق البيانات، وأداء النظام. • يرفع القضايا التقنية المعقدة أو التي لم تُحل إلى مستويات دعم أعلى أو إلى البائعين وفق الإجراءات المحددة. • يحلل بيانات تشغيل AMI لتقديم رؤى أداء النظام وتقارير التشغيل. • يجري تشخيصاً من المستوى الأول لفشل الاتصال وتدهور أداء الشبكة. • ينسق مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والقياس، والاتصالات، وفرق الميدان لضمان موثوقية النظام وأدائه. • يدعم تكوين النظام وتحديثاته والتحسينات الصغيرة تحت الإشراف. • يحتفظ بسجلات النظام وسجلات الحوادث والمستندات التشغيلية. • يضمن الامتثال لسياسات ISO، ISMS، BCMS، والأمن السيبراني المتعلقة بتشغيل النظام. • يضمن الالتزام بسياسات الصحة والسلامة المؤسسية وإجراءات التشغيل. • يؤدي أي مهام أخرى يكلفه بها المشرف.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
المؤهلات / الشهادات: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو تخصص ذي صلة الخبرة: الحد الأدنى 4 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في رصد أنظمة AMI، عمليات MDM/HES، أو بيئات مماثلة. المهارات الأساسية: • الكفاءة في أنظمة AMI وأدوات البرمجيات التشغيلية. • معرفة بتقنيات العد الذكي وبروتوكولات الاتصالات. • مهارات تحليلية وتقريرية وتنسيق قوية. • قدرات اتصال وعمل جماعي جيدة. • الكفاءة، والقدرة على التكيّف، والاتصال، والمبادرة. • اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً أساسية؛ ويفضل العربية.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitors and manages AMI systems including Head End System (HES), Meter Data Management (MDM), and communication networks. • Ensures continuous and seamless communication between smart meters and central systems. • Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves AMI system issues related to connectivity, data flow, and system performance. • Escalates complex or unresolved technical issues to higher support levels or vendors following defined procedures. • Analyzes AMI operational data to provide system performance insights and operational reports. • Performs first-level diagnosis of communication failures and network performance degradation. • Coordinates with IT, metering, telecom, and field teams to ensure system reliability and performance. • Supports system configuration, updates, and minor enhancements under supervision. • Maintains system logs, incident records, and operational documentation. • Ensures compliance with ISO, ISMS, BCMS, and cyber security policies related to system operations. • Ensures adherence to corporate Health and Safety and operational procedures. • Performs any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications / Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in AMI system monitoring, MDM/HES operations, or similar environments. Key Skills: • Proficiency in AMI systems and operational software tools. • Knowledge of smart metering technologies and communication protocols. • Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Efficiency, Adaptability, Communication, Initiative. • Written and Spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
