تصميم أنظمة الأنابيب وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع، مع التأكد من تلبية معايير السلامة والتنظيم والتشغيل. إجراء تحليل الإجهاد والحسابات لضمان قدرة أنظمة الأنابيب على تحمل ظروف التشغيل. إنشاء والحفاظ على مواصفات الأنابيب، بما في ذلك معايير المواد والتجهيزات وعمليات التصنيع. تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة لتصنيع وتركيب الأنابيب. الحفاظ على سجلات تغيّر التصميم، ومواصفات المواد، ونتائج الفحص.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
دبلوم أو خريج في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المدنية. خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في أنظمة الأنابيب للمشروعات الصناعية/حقول النفط.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop piping designs based on project requirements, ensuring they meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards. Perform stress analysis and calculations to ensure piping systems can withstand operational conditions. Create and maintain piping specifications, including standards for materials, fittings, and fabrication processes. Develop and implement quality control procedures for piping fabrication and installation. Maintain records of design changes, material specifications, and inspection results.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Minimum 7 years in piping for industrial/oil field projects.
