نبحث عن محترف هندسة ذو خبرة لدعم حسابات العملاء الاستراتيجية ومشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى. سيعمل المرشح الناجح كنقطة اتصال تقنية للمشروعات المعينة، مع ضمان مستويات عالية من تقديم الخدمة، ومشاركة أصحاب المصلحة، والأداء التشغيلي.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة العلاقات التقنية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين وفرق المشروع.
- تنسيق أنشطة الهندسة عبر أقسام متعددة.
- مراجعة الوثائق الفنية وتسليمات المشروع وتقديمات الهندسة.
- رصد أداء المشاريع وتحديد فرص التحسين.
- دعم حل المشكلات وتقديم المشورة الفنية المستمرة.
- إعداد تقارير الإدارة وملخصات الأداء والتوصيات.
- توجيه المهندسين الشباب والمساهمة في تبادل المعرفة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة والمعايير المؤسسية.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة. خبرة واسعة في إدارة الحسابات الفنية أو تنفيذ مشاريع الهندسة. مهارات قيادية قوية، اتصال ومهارة إدارة أصحاب المصلحة. خبرة في تنسيق فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات.

Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced engineering professional to support strategic client accounts and major infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will act as the technical point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring high levels of service delivery, stakeholder engagement and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical relationships with key stakeholders and project teams.
- Coordinate engineering activities across multiple departments.
- Review technical documentation, project deliverables and engineering submissions.
- Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support issue resolution and provide ongoing technical advice.
- Prepare management reports, performance summaries and recommendations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and corporate standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Extensive experience in technical account management or engineering project delivery. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
