تكوين، صيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء في وحدات العمل الوظيفية لـ Campus Solutions/HCM/Finance ضمن أنظمة ERP. دعم التحليل والتصميم والبناء والتنفيذ والتوثيق لإنشاء تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات بما يتماشى مع سياسات UDST، دعمًا لعمليات الأعمال المنتظمة لـ ERP. إجراء تحليل متطلبات الأعمال وتوثيقها، بالإضافة إلى تصميم واختبار والحفاظ على حلول معالجة البيانات لتعزيز أنظمة ERP في UDST. تطوير إجراءات، بالتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية، لضمان سلامة نظام ERP وقواعد البيانات. التأكد من الامتثال لمعايير ITIL، وكذلك التنظيمات والسياسات الخارجية والداخلية التي تحكم إدارة البيانات. تخصيص أنظمة وصول مناسبة للمستخدمين على مستويات مختلفة عبر UDST وفق السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات. تعريف احتياجات المستخدمين وتطوير حلول معالجة البيانات مع المستخدمين النهائيين في جميع الوحدات الوظيفية. تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المشاريع لدعم وظائف ERP والتأكد من اكتمال المشاريع بشكلٍ في الوقت المناسب وبكفاءة، بالتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية. استعراض مشاكل برمجيات التطبيقات وقواعد البيانات، والتواصل مع الأعمال والفنيين والموردين لحل قضايا ERP بشكلٍ及时. إعداد تقارير توثق نظام ERP وضمان المراقبة والامتثال لمعايير ITIL، تصميم وتقديم مواد تدريب لنظام ERP UDST، بالتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية. الحفاظ على معرفة حديثة باللغات البرمجية والبرمجيات والتطبيقات التي تتطلبها UDST وباتباع اتجاهات ت التطوير والبرمجيات الناشئة، وضمان أن يكون التصميم والتطوير متوافقين مع أفضل الممارسات. أداء واجبات وظيفية متفرقة كما يتم تعيينها.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot the functional modules of Campus Solutions/HCM/Finance within the ERP Systems. Support in the analysis, design, construction, implementation and documentation of the creation of IT applications in alignment with UDST policies, in support of regular ERP business operations. Conduct Requirements analysis of Business Requirements and document them, along with designing, testing, and maintaining data processing solutions to enhance UDST ERP systems. Develop procedures, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders, to ensure the integrity of ERP system and databases are maintained. Ensure that ITIL standards, as well as external and internal regulations and policies governing data management are met. Assign appropriate access systems to users at different levels across UDST in accordance with policies, procedures and processes. Define user needs and develop data processing solutions with end users on all functional modules. Develop and implement project plans for ERP functional support tasks and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders. Troubleshoot application software and database problems, and liaise with business, technical staff, and vendors for resolution of ERP issues in a timely basis. Prepare reports documenting ERP system and ensure monitoring and compliance with ITIL standards, Design and deliver training materials for UDST ERP system, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge with UDST mandated programming languages, applications and software and emerging IT software and development trends, and ensure design and development is current and in alignment with best practices. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree required in IT or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT or related field
Fluency in written and spoken English language required.
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is preferred.
