سيتمتع المرشح الناجح بدرجة دكتوراه في الهندسة أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو تخصص ذي صلة، إلى جانب خبرة قيادية عليا كبيرة في التعليم العالي. تتطلب الرتبة قدرة مثبتة على قيادة عمليات أكاديمية معقدة، ودفع التميز المؤسسي، ودعم الابتكار في التدريس والتعليم والبحث والتفاعل مع الصناعة. يجب أن يثبت المرشحون خبرة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي المعترف بها دولياً، ويملك فهمًا قويًا لمعايير الأكاديمية العالمية وأطر الاعتماد. الخبرة في العمل في بيئات ذات ثقافات متنوعة مرغوبة بشدة.

المؤهلات
التعليم: مطلوب دكتوراه مكتسبة، تمنح من مؤسسة معتمدة في مجال مناسب مثل الهندسة أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في دور قيادي مماثل ضمن تخصص ذي صلة.
اللغة: مطلوب الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة العربية كتابيًا وتحدثًا

Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will possess a doctoral degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline, together with substantial senior leadership experience within higher education. The role requires a proven ability to lead complex academic operations, drive institutional excellence, and support innovation in teaching, learning, research, and industry engagement. Candidates must demonstrate experience within internationally recognized higher education institutions, and possess a strong understanding of global academic standards and accreditation frameworks. Experience working within culturally diverse environments is highly desirable.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Education: An earned PhD, awarded from an accredited institution in an appropriate field such as Engineering, Information Technology or a Computer Science is required.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a similar leadership role within a relevant discipline.
Language: Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic language is required
