إدارة والإشراف على عمليات حفار السحب القطعي (CSD).
تخطيط وتنفيذ خطط العمل في الحفر وجداول الإنتاج.
قيادة وتدريب والإشراف على مشغلي الحفر وفرق الموقع.
تنسيق أنشطة المسح البحري ودعم عمليات المسح.
مراقبة الإنتاج والسلامة والجودة وتقدم المشروع.
ضمان التنفيذ الفعّال والانتهاء في الوقت المحدد لمراحل المشروع.
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة البحرية أو المدنية أو العلوم أو تخصص تقني ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كـمشرف حفر على مشاريع حفر كبرى.
خبرة عملية مثبتة مع حفارات السحب القطعي (CSD).
معرفة قوية بعمليات الحفر، وتخطيط الإنتاج، والتنسيق للمسح البحري.
يفضل خبرة في الحفر بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي/الشرق الأوسط.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) operations.
Plan and execute dredging work plans and production schedules.
Lead, train, and supervise dredge operators and site teams.
Coordinate marine survey activities and support survey operations.
Monitor production, safety, quality, and project progress.
Ensure efficient execution and timely completion of project milestones.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marine, Civil, Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Dredging Superintendent on major dredging projects.
Proven hands-on experience with Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD).
Strong knowledge of dredging operations, production planning, and marine survey coordination.
GCC/Middle East dredging experience preferred.
