ما الذي على طبقك؟
- قيادة فريق التدريب، وتحديد وتقييم الاحتياجات التدريبية المستقبلية والحالية من خلال تحليل الوظيفة ومسارات المهنية والمراجعات السنوية للأداء، والتشاور مع المدربين/مديري الخط
- وضع خطة تدريب وتطوير شاملة أو فردية تلبي الاحتياجات والتوقعات المحددة.
- نشر مجموعة متنوعة من أساليب التدريب، بما في ذلك التوجيه، والتدريب على رأس العمل، والتعلم الإلكتروني، وورش العمل، والمحاكاة.
- إجراء جلسات تعريف وتوجيه فعالة للموظفين الجدد.
- مراقبة وتقييم فعالية ونجاح العائد على الاستثمار من برامج التدريب وتقارير عنها بشكل دوري.
- إدارة ميزانية التدريب بكفاءة.
- توفير فرص التطوير المستمر لتعزيز المهارات والمعرفة.
- حل أي مشاكل محددة وتكييف برامج التدريب حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على فهم حاد لاتجاهات التدريب والتطورات والممارسات الفضلى.
مسؤوليات التوظيف والتدريب:
- قيادة فريق التوظيف والإشراف على عملية التوظيف لضمان أسطول من الدراجين صحي.
- تطوير والحفاظ على نموذج الإمداد الشهري لتحسين إدارة الأسطول.
- تدريب فريق التوظيف على إجراء مقابلات موجزة مع الدراجين الجدد وقياس مهاراتهم الأساسية.
المؤهلات

- خبرة عملية مثبتة كمدرب.
- سجل حافل في تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريب ناجحة.
- الإلمام بأساليب التدريب التقليدية والحديثة (الإرشاد، والتوجيه، والتدريب في مكان العمل، والتعلم الإلكتروني، وورش العمل، والمحاكاة).
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
- القدرة على التخطيط والمتعددة المهام وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.
- قدرات كتابة وتوثيق قوية للتقارير وكتيبات التدريب.
- مهارات تحليلية وقواعد بيانات جيدة.

Job Description
What's On Your Plate?
- Lead the training team, identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with Trainers/line managers.
- Develop an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses identified needs and expectations.
- Deploy a variety of training methods, including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, success, and ROI of training programs periodically and report on them.
- Manage the training budget efficiently.
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Hiring and Training Responsibilities:
- Lead the hiring team and oversee the hiring process to ensure a healthy fleet of riders.
- Develop and maintain the monthly supply model to optimize fleet management.
- Train the hiring team on conducting brief interviews with new riders and measuring their basic skills.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
- Proven work experience as a Trainer.
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
- Good analytical and database skills.
- Arabic, Hindi/Urdu Language is a plus
