إعداد الجداول الزمنية للمشروع وصيانتها باستخدام Primavera P6/MS Project. مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتحديث الجداول بانتظام. تطوير جداول أساسية وخطط مستقبلية وخطط تعويض. تتبع معالم المشروع والموارد والإنتاجية. تحليل فروق الجدول الزمني وتقديم الإجراءات التصحيحية الموصى بها. إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية. التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والتنفيذ. مراقبة أنشطة المسار الحرج وأداء المشروع. دعم ضوابط المشروع، وتتبع التكاليف، وإدارة المخاطر. ضمان الانتهاء من المشروع في الوقت المحدد بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العميل.
المرشح المطلوب
درجة البكالوريوس/دبلوم في الهندسة. خبرة 6+ سنوات في مشاريع النفط والغاز، EPC، أو البناء. الكفاءة في Primavera P6 ومايكروسوفت Project. معرفة تخطيط وجدولة ومراقبة المشروع. خبرة في متابعة التقدم والتقارير وتحليل الجدول الزمني. مهارات تحليلية واتصالات وتنسيق قوية. الكفاءة في Microsoft Excel؛ Power BI/SAP تعتبر ميزة. تُفضل الخبرة في مشاريع GCC/قطر.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery plans. Track project milestones, resources, and productivity. Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Monitor critical path activities and project performance. Support project controls, cost tracking, and risk management. Ensure timely project completion in line with client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering. 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or construction projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and project controls. Experience in progress monitoring, reporting, and schedule analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI/SAP is an advantage. GCC/Qatar project experience is preferred.
