Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisors to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experience, and support store operations within a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 3–4 years of frontline retail sales experience in Qatar

• Experience in telecom or device sales is highly preferred

• Proven track record in achieving individual and store sales targets

• Strong understanding of customer engagement and retail sales processes

• Advanced level of English is mandatory

• Experience with telecom operators or major retail brands is an advantage

  
  

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Proven ability to promote, upsell, and close retail sales

• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong product knowledge (mobile devices, accessories, telecom services preferred)

Availability & Eligibility:

• Immediate joiners are preferred

• Valid QID with a minimum of 3 months validity is required

• Flexibility to work in retail shifts
