Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading technology initiatives in a corporate environment. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP to validate expertise in project management and cybersecurity. Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or technology, showcasing adaptability to different business environments. Fluency in English is essential, while additional languages such as Spanish or Mandarin are advantageous for global communication. Strong technical skills in network management, cloud computing, and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
