✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field✔️ Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Performance Management✔️ Proven experience in managing end-to-end performance cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and PIPs✔️ Hands-on experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS tools)✔️ Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, competency frameworks, and performance analytics✔️ Ability to generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS (advanced Excel skills required)✔️ Experience in HR generalist functions including employee lifecycle management, C&B, and HR operations✔️ Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills✔️ Experience in GCC/Qatar market preferr
