Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Asaya Spa Lounge, including scheduling, training, and performance management of the spa staff

Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding guest expectations

Maintain a clean and organized spa lounge, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and amenities

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or issues

Collaborate with other departments to promote and market spa services to guests

Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure all staff are up-to-date on spa services and procedures

Assist with creating and implementing special promotions and packages to attract new guests and retain current clients

Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Continuously strive to improve and enhance the guest experience at the Asaya Spa Lounge

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a spa or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of spa treatments and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer service oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management software
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
