Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for South African experienced waiters for a luxury hotel in Doha. Job Responsibilities: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere - Present menus and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences - Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system - Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Clear and reset tables after guests have finished their meals - Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, dining room, and service stations - Assist with any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
