Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks and project completion.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues, safety hazards, and areas for improvement, documenting findings and recommending solutions.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating procurement to minimize downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school & diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Refrigeration, HVAC or any relatable field is mandatory.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade, with at least 4 years in a senior or Foreman capacity.
Proven experience in managing building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and grounds maintenance.
