Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Officer to support daily logistics operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, and tracking. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational logistics knowledge who are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in arranging inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support shipment clearance processes and documentation.
- Coordinate with clearance agents to help ensure timely customs release.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide regular updates (internal/external) on shipment status.
- Prepare basic logistics reports on material and product movements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
- Support logistics planning and operational activities as required.
- Help monitor material movement to and from the warehouse.
- Ensure proper handling and delivery of goods in good condition.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day logistics issues under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth logistics operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of shipping, documentation, and customs procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics practices in the Middle East is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
