Role Purpose

The Pickup Van Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of materials, tools, and personnel. This role requires a high level of reliability, as project timelines often depend on the "last-mile" delivery of critical equipment or urgent documentation.

• Material Transport: Safely load, secure, and deliver construction materials, tools, and small equipment to various site locations.
  

  
  

• Documentation Handling: Coordinate with the Document Controller to deliver physical blueprints, permits, and sensitive contracts that require "wet signatures."
  

  
  

• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections (fluids, tire pressure, lights) and maintain a clean, organized cabin and cargo area.
  

  
  

• Route Optimization: Plan the most efficient routes to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing fuel consumption and avoiding traffic delays.
  

  
  

• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and site-specific safety protocols (e.g., speed limits in "Live" construction zones).
  

  
  

• Loading/Unloading: Assist Skilled Labor in the manual loading and unloading of the van, ensuring heavy items are distributed for vehicle balance.
