Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. A minimum of 15 years’ experience in planning Construction Project, of which 8 years’ experience is in planning and programming complex projects and similar nature and size using industry standard programming software such as Primavera P6. Preferably a member of Chartered body, although this is not essential if a track record of planning successful projects of a similar nature and size can be clearly demonstrated, including analyzing, construction schedules and cost using primavera enterprise and primavera contract management software. Previous Ashghal related project experience preferably with MEP/ ELV Projects.
Key Responsibilities - Understanding the scope of the project- Constructing a network of work appropriate for the specific project- EOT Preparation/ Support Frequent monitoring and recording of Delay Events- Progress Reports- Weekly, Monthly, Look ahead schedules- Presenting the schedule of work to others in the company and the client organization involved with the project- Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams- Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development
