Job description
•Assist in basic food preparation such as chopping, cutting, and cooking under supervision
•Prepare simple dishes, sandwiches, salads, and beverages for cafeteria service
•Ensure food is prepared and presented according to hotel standards
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cafeteria area
•Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines)
•Assist in receiving, storing, and labeling food supplies
•Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages
•Support senior chefs during busy service periods
•Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment
•Dispose of waste properly and keep workstations clean
