A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring for Civil Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.• Professional certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent are highly desirable. • Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for large-scale construction projects.• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.7 to 10 years of Qatar experience must
Responsibilities:- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for civil works.- Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial reports.- Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in contract negotiations.- Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with specifications.- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize project costs.
