Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors on site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to team members.
Inspect work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Maintain daily records of manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
Report site issues, delays, or risks to project management.
Assist in planning and organizing resources to meet project deadlines.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) practices.
Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and clients for smooth project execution.
