Job Title: Mason (Block), All-Rounder & Helper

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and hardworking Block Masons, All-Rounders, and Helpers to join our team for ongoing construction projects in Qatar. Candidates must be reliable, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

1. Block Mason

Responsibilities:

• Lay concrete blocks, bricks, and other masonry materials as per drawings
• Ensure proper alignment, level, and finishing
• Plastering and basic finishing work when required
• Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in block/brick work
• Ability to read basic drawings is an advantage
• Good knowledge of construction techniques

2. All-Rounder (Multi-Skilled Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Perform multiple construction tasks (masonry, plastering, tiling, minor carpentry, etc.)
• Assist supervisors in completing site work efficiently
• Handle tools and equipment properly

Requirements:

• Experience in multiple trades
• Flexible and adaptable to different site tasks
• Good work attitude and teamwork skills

3. Helper (Construction Labor)

Responsibilities:

• Assist masons and skilled workers on-site
• Load/unload materials and maintain site cleanliness
• Follow instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

• No experience required (experience is a plus)
• Physically fit and willing to work hard
• Basic understanding of construction work
