Almana Exchange is looking for Tellers to join our team in Qatar. The Teller will handle cash transactions, money transfers, and customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
The ideal candidate should have experience in money exchange, banking, or financial services, strong attention to detail, and good customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions and money exchange operations accurately.
- Process remittances, currency exchange, and payment transactions.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their transactions.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and daily balancing of transactions.
- Maintain proper records of all transactions according to company policies.
- Follow anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance procedures.

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in money exchange, banking, or financial services.
- Good knowledge of cash handling and remittance transactions.
