Key Specialized Requirements:Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise application projects Strong understanding of project baselining, scheduling, and milestone tracking Experience managing RAID logs (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Hands-on exposure to formal change control and scope governance Experience handling multi-vendor environments (OEMs, subcontractors, system integrators) Strong customer-facing capability in enterprise or government environments Experience working under structured PMO governance frameworks Familiarity with milestone-based billing and financial tracking models Ability to manage multiple parallel projects with competing priorities Strong documentation discipline (SOW validation, sign-offs, status reporting, closure documentation)
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain approved project plans with clear baselines Ensure strict scope control and structured change management Monitor schedule adherence and milestone completion Lead weekly governance meetings (internal and customer-facing) Provide executive-level status reports, including progress, risks, and financial exposure Proactively identify and escalate risks with mitigation strategies Coordinate vendors and technical teams to ensure deliverable quality Align milestone completion with invoicing triggers in coordination with finance
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Experience: Minimum 5+ years of IT Project Management experience Certifications: PMP preferred (CAPM acceptable). PRINCE2 or ITIL is an added advantage Communication: Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and scope clarification skills Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
