Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Doha, Qatar. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing content strategies, and ensuring consistent brand presence across social media platforms. The role involves planning content calendars, coordinating with creative teams, analyzing performance, and optimizing content to drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities• Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple clients• Develop and execute monthly content strategies and content calendars• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content accordingly• Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates• Engage with audiences and maintain a consistent brand voice• Support paid advertising campaigns with strategic content direction
Qualifications• 2–4 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Linked In• Experience in content planning and strategy• Strong communication and organizational skills• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail• Experience using social media analytics tools• Must be living in Qatar• Ready to work immediately
