We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Officer to support our Customer Service recruitment initiatives. The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates while coordinating recruitment projects to meet business needs.

• Source, screen, and engage candidates with customer service experience across multiple channels.


• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.


• Coordinate recruitment projects, including bulk hiring campaigns and targeted sourcing initiatives.


• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.


• Support end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in recruitment tools and Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for customer service roles.


• Proven experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment projects.


• Fluency in English is required.


• This is a 6-month contract based in Qatar.
