Job Description:




  • Develop and implement sales strategies/incentive plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and tactics.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.

  • Identify and pursue new merchant opportunities within the local market.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key merchants and partners.

  • Negotiate competitive pricing based on merchant volumes and profitability.

  • Manage customer service for merchants, ensuring timely and effective services.

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and external regulations related to merchant acquiring activities.

  • Maintain confidentiality of commercially sensitive information.

  • Enforce company rules, guidelines, and SLAs related to payments, settlements, and merchant eligibility criteria.

  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance against targets.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely deal closure.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and IT departments for seamless service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, Director of Sales, or similar role.
