Job Title: Hardware Team Leader
We are a company specialized in biometric devices and attendance & access control systems, seeking to hire a Hardware Engineer to lead and manage the hardware team.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and supervise the hardware technical team. • Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. • Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of biometric and attendance devices. • Handle complex hardware issues and provide effective technical solutions. • Coordinate with other departments such as Technical Support, Sales, and Management. • Prepare regular reports on team performance and project progress. • Ensure compliance with company standards and technical procedures.


Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • Proven experience in hardware systems, biometric devices or access control systems. • Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and people management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
