The Sales and Operations Coordinator is responsible for driving jewellery sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, overseeing boutique operations, managing website orders, supporting marketing communications, coordinating collaborations, and ensuring full compliance with AML/CFT regulations. The role combines in-boutique responsibilities (sales and operations) with external sales activities, including exhibitions, events, client meetings, and collaborative initiatives.
This position is open to female candidates only and is based in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through in-store, online, external, and collaborative sales activities.
- Provide expert advice to clients on jewellery pieces, including gold, diamonds, and precious stones, ensuring a personalized luxury experience.
- Manage daily boutique operations, including sales reporting, inventory control, administrative duties, and website order processing.
- Handle website orders end-to-end, including order confirmation, coordination with logistics, client communication, and post-sale follow-up.
- Ensure strict compliance with AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Financing of Terrorism) policies and procedures.
- Support and coordinate marketing communications, including promotions, campaigns, visual updates, collaborations, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
- Assist in initiating, coordinating, and executing brand collaborations with partners, influencers, malls, hotels, and event organizers.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, external sales activities, and collaborative initiatives within Qatar and internationally.
- Coordinate and oversee logistics for exhibitions, events, collaborations, and client visits.
- Maintain high standards of boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Manage client follow-ups, CRM activities, and post-sales service to ensure long-term client relationships.
- Support inventory management, sales analysis, and overall operational efficiency.
- Assist and report to the Operations Manager on daily boutique and company operational matters.
- Liaise with external service providers, partners, and collaborators to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure all boutique operational, collaborative, and administrative requirements are completed in line with company standards.
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (or higher).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in jewellery sales.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold, and precious stones.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AML and CFT procedures within a retail environment.
- Experience handling website or e-commerce orders .
- Experience supporting marketing initiatives and brand collaborations .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high productivity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage sales, operations, online orders, marketing coordination, and collaborations.
- Experience participating in jewellery exhibitions or trade shows .
