Responsible for delivering support services to customers respecting global standards and processes. Understand customer needs and resolve issues through technical knowledge, know customer’s site and contacts and use Honeywell’s support network to provide excellent service and quality to customer. Focus on Customer growth and development as well as identify service business opportunities in the customers’ installed base on both On-Shore and Off-Shore locations.
