  • The position is responsible for providing project management expertise for ITS projects from inception to delivery by defining and monitoring the project scope, timelines, identifying associated risks, providing updates, and acting as a key liaison between various stakeholders.



  • Defines and monitors project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.

  • Undertakes prioritizing multiple projects within the PMO portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Ensures that all projects adhere to the established project management standards and methodologies.

  • Assembles all the project resources and monitors projects' budgets and spending.

  • Acts as a liaison between various stakeholders on different aspects of the project.

  • Collaborates closely with end-users and business owners to gather and document requirements, design business processes, and develop functional specifications to ensure that projects align with business objectives.

  • Identifies and monitors risks and provides resolutions or escalates issues as required.

  • Leads all aspects of quality assurance and ensures appropriate project documentation is maintained.

  • Evaluates project outcomes and monitors and reports progress to all stakeholders, including the project management team.

  • Participates in process reviews, drives change and supports process improvement initiatives, enhancing productivity.

  • Participates in designing and delivering various reports to facilitate evidence-based decision-making for stakeholders.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Sciences with 7 - 8 years of progressive project management experience.

  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is required.

  • Experience in higher education or healthcare preferred.

  • Exposure to full-cycle project implementations.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management tools and techniques, best business practices and process improvement methodologies.

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools, including Power Bi, Excel, etc.

  • Ability to write and present business cases.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills and judgment to make sound business decisions.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a challenging environment

  • Proficient with MS Office suite of products, including project management tools.



  • Salary:

    • Hourly Rate in USD (All inclusive)



  • Work Schedule:

    • 8 Hours / 5 Days





  • Duration:

    • 8 - 12 Months with possible extension
