Service Sales Executive


Job Overview


Excellence Training Centre is hiring a Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in service-based sales. The role involves calling prospects, fixing appointments, meeting clients, and closing sales.


Candidates with only product sales experience will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make sales calls and generate new leads
  • Fix appointments and conduct client meetings
  • Close deals over phone and in person
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in service sales only
  • Background in training, consulting, software, insurance, events, or similar services
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Target-driven and professional approach


Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: QAR 2,000/month
  • Settling Down Allowance: QAR 1,000/month (first 3 months)
  • Commission: 10% on monthly revenue + incentives
  • Performance-based bonuses

  • Annual one-way ticket; two-way ticket after 2 years
