Job Overview
Excellence Training Centre is hiring a Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in service-based sales. The role involves calling prospects, fixing appointments, meeting clients, and closing sales.
Candidates with only product sales experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Make sales calls and generate new leads
- Fix appointments and conduct client meetings
- Close deals over phone and in person
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in service sales only
- Background in training, consulting, software, insurance, events, or similar services
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Target-driven and professional approach
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 2,000/month
- Settling Down Allowance: QAR 1,000/month (first 3 months)
- Commission: 10% on monthly revenue + incentives
- Performance-based bonuses
