Responsibilities
Drive and maneuver SPMT units using remote control systems to transport heavy loads.
Ensure proper load distribution, hydraulic suspension adjustments, and axle steering configurations.
Conduct pre-operation checks, follow lifting/transport safety protocols, and adhere to site-specific regulations.
Work closely with riggers, engineers, and supervisors during load-in/load-out operations.
Perform routine inspections of SPMT modules, report mechanical/electrical issues, and assist in minor maintenance.
Maintain operational logs, inspection records, and incident reports.
Respond promptly to mechanical failures or unsafe conditions during operations.
RequirementsEducational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
Technical training in heavy equipment operation or mechanical systems (preferred).
Valid certification/license for heavy equipment operation (as per local authority requirements).
Specialized training in SPMT operation (from OEM or accredited training providers).
