Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant with proven experience in vehicle sales to join a reputable automotive organization. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering an excellent customer experience, and supporting the overall growth of the dealership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell new and/or pre-owned vehicles in line with company sales targets
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options and financing solutions
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales professionally
  • Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation, contracts, and CRM updates
  • Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to maximize conversion
  • Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including specifications, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

Skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant
  • Mandatory experience in automotive dealerships or vehicle sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Valid driving license (mandatory)


Preferred Profile

  • Experience selling brand-new vehicles (passenger cars, SUVs, or commercial vehicles)
  • Exposure to GCC automotive market
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance, and trade-in processes
