Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant with proven experience in vehicle sales to join a reputable automotive organization. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering an excellent customer experience, and supporting the overall growth of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell new and/or pre-owned vehicles in line with company sales targets
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options and financing solutions
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales professionally
- Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation, contracts, and CRM updates
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to maximize conversion
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including specifications, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant
- Mandatory experience in automotive dealerships or vehicle sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
Preferred Profile
- Experience selling brand-new vehicles (passenger cars, SUVs, or commercial vehicles)
- Exposure to GCC automotive market
- Knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance, and trade-in processes
