Role Overview
We are seeking a Product & Planning Executive to support vehicle portfolio planning, pricing coordination, and market readiness across a multi-segment, multi-market automotive lineup. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with a structured global manufacturer environment and understands how to translate factory frameworks into dealer-level commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support model mix planning, volume forecasting, and lifecycle tracking
- Coordinate pricing inputs, margin analysis, and competitiveness reviews
- Assist in new model launches, facelifts, and product updates
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and feature comparisons
- Liaise with manufacturer representatives on allocations, specifications, and planning guidelines
- Prepare product reports, planning decks, and performance dashboards
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor stock health, ageing, and demand vs supply alignment
Skills
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years’ experience in automotive product planning, product management, or commercial planning
- Background with an authorized dealership, distributor, or regional automotive office
- Exposure to structured OEM planning systems and centralized product governance
- Experience handling multiple vehicle segments (e.g. passenger cars, SUVs, CVs)
- Strong analytical, Excel, and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree required; business or engineering preferred
