About the Role

We are a luxury event and wedding planning company based in Doha, Qatar, known for creating

bespoke, high-end experiences. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer

with strong experience in luxury events and weddings. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional

eye for design, spatial planning, and styling, supported by a strong portfolio of premium event

environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design luxury interior concepts for weddings and high-end events

• Create mood boards, layouts, material selections, and 3D visuals

• Design event spaces including ballrooms, outdoor venues, stages, and lounges

• Collaborate with planners, floral designers, and production teams

• Select furniture, fabrics, décor, and finishes aligned with luxury standards

• Prepare technical drawings for execution and production

• Oversee on-site installation and styling to ensure design accuracy

• Manage timelines and adapt designs to client briefs and venue requirements

• Stay updated on luxury event and wedding design trends in the GCC region

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• 3–5+ years of experience in luxury events, weddings, hospitality, or high-end interiors

• Proven experience in temporary event spaces and luxury installations

• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury event or wedding projects (mandatory)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Rhino, or similar software

• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial planning

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
