Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong design creativity combined with solid technical knowledge and experience in commercial and residential fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and working drawings

• Create 3D visualizations and renderings to present design ideas

• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, MEP engineers, and vendors

• Assist in material selection, finishes, and specifications

• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution

• Conduct site visits and support site coordination as required

• Handle revisions and modifications based on client and consultant feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design (fit-out experience preferred)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

• Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray or similar software

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Experience in F&B, retail, office, or residential projects is an advantage
