Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Expert to lead the definition and governance of enterprise architecture, ensuring strong alignment between business strategy and technology execution. This role will drive architectural consistency across business, data, application, and technology layers, support digital transformation initiatives, and guide technology decisions to reduce complexity and improve enterprise-wide efficiency. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Leadership Lead the design and evolution of enterprise architecture aligned with business and organizational strategy Act as the architectural authority ensuring consistency across all architecture domains Architecture Modeling & Governance Design, maintain, and govern enterprise architecture models across business, data, application, and technology layers Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and policies Review and approve technical solution designs for alignment with target architecture Technology Roadmap & Digital Transformation Develop and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning projects with future-state architecture Ensure investments support long-term scalability and sustainability Technology Evaluation & Portfolio Optimization Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms Ensure projects align with enterprise target architecture Improve application portfolio health and reduce technical debt and complexity Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT strategy Strong experience with EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent) Proven ability to align IT strategy with business objectives Experience developing architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance models Strong understanding of application portfolio management and technology rationalization Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills
