We are currently looking for accurate and credible mystery shoppers to join our team!
As a mystery shopper, you will:
- Visit a specific location such as a store, restaurant, cafe, or service center.
- Act like a regular customer during the visit, while maintaining the secrecy of your identity as a mystery shopper.
- Monitoring specific elements such as customer service, employee behavior, cleanliness, atmosphere, waiting time, accuracy of order or service, and others.
- Submit a short report after the visit that includes simple yes/no questions with the possibility of adding notes.
- Receive financial compensation for each completed visit (shopper commission), with compensation for purchases made during the visit.

Job Description:
We are currently looking for detail-oriented and reliable Mystery Shoppers to join our team!
As a mystery shopper, you will:
- Be assigned to visit a location such as a shop, restaurant, café, or service center.
- Act as a regular customer during your visit—your identity as a mystery shopper must remain confidential.
- Observe key aspects such as customer service, staff behavior, cleanliness, ambiance, waiting time, accuracy of order or service, etc.
- Submit short reports; they consist of simple yes/no questions with optional comments.
- Be compensated for each completed visit. Purchases made during the visit are often reimbursed, and you’ll receive a shopper commission as well.
