We are hiring 2–3 Senior Curly Hair Stylists to join our founding team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a prestige curl-focused salon in a high-demand, low-competition market serving a loyal, high-spend female clientele.
This role is ideal for curl professionals who see hair as identity, confidence, and self-expression, not just a service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver premium curly hair services including:
- Curl cutting
- Styling & hydration
- Treatments and coloring for textured hair
- Educate clients and mothers of curly-haired children on curl care routines
- Provide a luxury, women-only client experience
- Build long-term relationships with high repeat clients
- Participate in education workshops, content creation, and brand growth
- Uphold the salon’s standards of professionalism, ethics, and excellence

Skills
- Proven experience working exclusively with curly or textured hair
- Strong skills in curl cutting, styling, treatments, and coloring
- Naturally curly hair (strongly preferred)
- Passion for curl education and client empowerment
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Experience serving diverse, high-expectation clientele
- Understanding of luxury service standards
- Professional, warm, and detail-oriented
